The Alpha Technics 100 series Micro probe was designed for applications requiring a very small probe with a fast response to temperature changes over a wide range. Extensive research and testing has produced a Micro probe that is unmatched by any in it’s category.

At time of calibration, each individual probe’s characteristics are automatically determined and stored inside the thermometer or with the probe ( with smartprobe adapter option). During temperature readings the thermometer’s internal computer calculates the curve of the thermistor and other factors such as self heating by a complex algorithm. This provides the most accurate readings possible.
